Do you know what alignment can do for you? How many opportunities you'll create by tuning into your soul and having that vibration do the work for you?

[00:09:15] When you do something for you. The energy shifts and then you magnetize the people that are truly aligned. Some people are going to fall off but you could literally have massive growth just from an energetic shift within yourself where you say, this is me.

[00:21:34] Realizing that my tribe and my community love the live energy, they don't want to be buying something that's sitting there, you know, and they go off to kind of self-study. So I think that's just given yourself permission to not have to do the things that work for other people. It has to feel like you.

[00:23:35] I take full responsibility for this life. We get one chance. I'm going to live it to the max. I'm going to inspire women. And just like that, you're creating a ripple effect. When you impact several women and they impact several women suddenly it adds up.

We're going to see a lot of opportunity in the online space over the next two years that we may not ever see again in our lifetime again

[00:11:56] Part of standing out and being the leader is that you're going to rub people the wrong way. People are going to love you and there's people that don't resonate with you. So what? It creates space for more of the people that you are most aligned to.

[00:18:53] The biggest shift for me is when I stopped caring about the opinion of other people, stop caring about having it all figured out and just got rid of all the expectations.

[00:21:45] The barriers that show up are all the stories that we tell ourselves when the outward results don't appear like we want them to be. And when we start saying universal things like everybody thinks this or nobody wants this or nobody can afford this, we get into these universal stories which are just complete B.S. and keep us in the illusion that we're stuck.

So I just focused on something else and used it as an opportunity to build relationships with people to build the back end of my business and to improve my online profile.

[00:09:49] The more I've stepped into and embodied that which I believe and my values, the more I've become my values, the more I've embraced them throughout different areas of my life and business, basically, the easier things become.

[00:14:29] If every individual can step into their own authority, their own power and take more responsibility for not just themselves, but those around them, then we're on to the right path.

We have to take full responsibility for what happens in our company. And it can be incredibly empowering as well, when you do take responsibility and you do rise to that level, it opens up so many growth opportunities. 

[00:18:39] When I am kind of freaking out I remind myself OK, it's not about me, it's about the people that I'm serving that are following me, who are looking up to me, that's what it's about. 

[00:20:07] People right now might not understand but they are in full control of how they live their lives and that it doesn't have to be that way if they don't want it to be that way, there is another option.

[00:24:17] I get out of inaction by just reminding myself "you get to choose". I can make a choice right now to just commit to doing this and I'm gonna feel so much better for it. I am either gonna step up and choose to do the thing and feel great about your progress and your momentum, or you're going to choose to, you know, do something not so productive.

If we want to get out of negativity we need to understand that we control our consumption. So you decide what conversations you partake in. You decide what type of news you consume. You decide all of those things. That's a choice that you get to make.

Your self-care should never go to the bottom of the pile regardless of circumstances. And this time in life, you know, COVID is giving us an opportunity to really look at the patterns of behavior that we're caught in that aren't serving us.

"We want this straight line from point A to point B. But it's not like that with anything. Not with parenting, not like in your relationship, and not like that in your business either".

[00:05:16] the truth is before COVID hit, we never had certainty as entrepreneurs. So you have to build your business based on knowing that uncertainty is part of it. Businesses go up, businesses go down, things happen. But if you constantly hitting the panic button and shift, pivot, or go to work harder, thinking that that's going to solve the problem, there is a bigger problem that you need to take a step back and look at.

[00:07:55] when you eliminate the external circumstances and you really get radically honest with yourself about the things, the stories and beliefs that you're holding on the inside that are preventing your success you'll become bulletproof 

[00:12:04] I actually don't believe people are gaining weight during COVID because they have an excess of food because that food was always available before people are gaining weight because they are eating their emotions right now. People do not have the emotional fluency to actually be present with their emotions when we can't be present with our emotions and how we're feeling. We will find ways to cope or numb out those emotions.

I believe that women are going to have a tremendous impact in the world moving forward. However, it is 100 percent dependent on women getting out of their B.S. stories in their heads about having to do all the things all the time for everybody else and making themselves an afterthought until women recognize that making themselves a priority is truly the path to their greatest success and their greatest impact

"I believe nothing is wasted. you're either getting the result you want or you're learning the lessons that you need to get the result you want".

"I truly believe if you think that it's going to be worse, it will be worse. If you believe that it's going to be better, you will make it better. Show up with an energy that attracts better".

[00:07:31] Plans are going to change. That just means there's something better than I haven't thought yet.

[00:12:32] I think it's really important that especially online business owners look at the opportunity cost of anything we say yes to. So there are certain things that may give us a short term payoff, whether it's cash money or some kind of a credibility booster, but they have a big cost in the long run.

[00:21:44] one of my affirmations is I am supernaturally strong. And I believe that because I believe that we're all made in the image of the creator. And so we all have access not just to strength we have to hustle for and drive for, but a supernatural strength if we choose to tap into it. 

[00:28:29] My rule of thumb for a professional copywriter is to hit your first six figures in sales before you hire someone to do it for you.

Anna strongly believes the key to success is that we give our businesses the respect that they deserve.

“You have to be able to create a business that makes money regardless of what's going on in your life, good and bad".

[00:02:27] I believe that business is really simple. We can Google stuff, you can buy a course teaching you how to do anything, but at the end of the day, it's just you in a room having the courage to ask people for money. And that's often where people get stuck.

[00:08:36] Charging well for what you do has such a ripple effect through your clients, your communities, your suppliers. Everybody is impacted by a woman who stands in her way.

[00:17:46] There are 16.5 billion people in the world and if they all said, yes, I want to work with you tomorrow, you'd have heart failure, you just couldn't cope. So don't try and appease everyone when really, 50 or 100 is the maximum that you can cope with anyway.

My biggest lesson for people now is to know yourself, know what floats your boat, know what you're good at or what lights you up, and really only do those things.

"There's so much codependence with our business. If my business is thriving, then I'm awesome. Your business is not going to thrive all the time. And so what are you going to make that mean for yourself?".

[00:02:46] In order to get to the next level, you have to look at yourself, look at what you believe about yourself, and really, ask yourself if these are truths or if they just bullshit stories that are holding you back and stopping your growth.

[00:07:30] Things might not end up being the way you think that they're going to be, but where unhappiness lies is between what's actually going on and the story that we're telling ourselves about how we think it should be.

[00:22:04] Our kids need us to be our best selves. Am I honouring Lisa? Am I following her path? Am I growing and expanding? Loving my children is the thing that requires no effort. I mean, it's just a given. I will always show up and then I can honour myself, too

Lisa believes honouring herself is what makes her a good mom. Kids need to see us show up and communicate what we need.

• [00:08:36] Sometimes we forget to pause and say what's really working and what isn't working.

• [00:13:18] As business owners, we still have our own blind spots. It's kind of like when your friend is dating a loser and you're like, oh, my goodness, why is she with him? What is wrong with her? But then when you're dating a loser, you're like, why does everybody think he's a loser?

• [00:29:30] If God is for you who can be against you? If He's got this, why are you so worried about this? I repeat this myself over and over again. If he is for me, who can be against me? I have nothing to fear in this business.

Rachel takes time in her business to pause, reevaluate, and knows that it is never too late to start moving in the right direction. She keeps momentum in her business by a rock-solid faith and mindset.
