[00:12:32] I think it's really important that especially online business owners look at the opportunity cost of anything we say yes to. So there are certain things that may give us a short term payoff, whether it's cash money or some kind of a credibility booster, but they have a big cost in the long run.
[00:21:44] one of my affirmations is I am supernaturally strong. And I believe that because I believe that we're all made in the image of the creator. And so we all have access not just to strength we have to hustle for and drive for, but a supernatural strength if we choose to tap into it.
[00:28:29] My rule of thumb for a professional copywriter is to hit your first six figures in sales before you hire someone to do it for you.
