29. How to attract success by doing what you LOVE.

Embodiment isn't a word I use very often but there just isn't a better way to describe Christine Russell a.k.a. Essential Christine. She lives and breaths (literally as she uses her oils every moment of the day) everything her business represents.

She has powerfully leveraged her natural-born talent to connect to build a powerful empire. The essential sisters are a force to be reckoned with and I am honored to have one of the sisters on my show today.

Connection. That is what is most important to Christine. Whether that is with her customer, her loved ones, herself, or nature around her and all the healing it brings with it. We are born to connect, so let's use it!

[03:51] I'm reworking the DNA setting that had been defaulted into us. That idea that moms aren't supposed to work. And if they do, it's a huge sacrifice for the family and. Whereas I'm rewriting the story. I get to what I love every single day. I'm helping other mommies and my girls get that and they're proud of me.

[09:44] Having a customer feel like they are an important human being on your path is everything. We grew to be a successful seven-figure business and I don't know everybody's name anymore because it had grown so big. But we knew people's names getting there, we listened, we greeted them with kindness and the same has translated into my current business today where I reach out to my customers regularly.

[18:51] My legacy is something that I'm constantly working on. I got so tired of saying and then someday I'll do this, and then someday I'll do that. How about right now? How can I live into that legacy and be that legacy today? So I focus on that every single day.

What I got from my interview with Christine is life's too short! Too short to hold on to things that no longer serve us, too short to hold onto grudges and past hurts, too short to not take care of ourselves and our bodies… But also too short to be afraid to show yourself and grow a powerful business so you can create a life you and your loved ones deserve! She is an incredible inspiration to all those around her and I know she'll be for you as well.

Do you know what alignment can do for you? How many opportunities you'll create by tuning into your soul and having that vibration do the work for you?

[00:09:15] When you do something for you. The energy shifts and then you magnetize the people that are truly aligned. Some people are going to fall off but you could literally have massive growth just from an energetic shift within yourself where you say, this is me.

[00:21:34] Realizing that my tribe and my community love the live energy, they don't want to be buying something that's sitting there, you know, and they go off to kind of self-study. So I think that's just given yourself permission to not have to do the things that work for other people. It has to feel like you.

[00:23:35] I take full responsibility for this life. We get one chance. I'm going to live it to the max. I'm going to inspire women. And just like that, you're creating a ripple effect. When you impact several women and they impact several women suddenly it adds up.
