Penny Comins is making progress. The triathlete turned Ultra runner (for 2015 anyway!), has been testing out her preparation for the 85km Tarawera Ultra Marathon by racing in a 26 km event, the Tussock Traverse (www.tussocktraverse.co.nz). Despite doubts about her training times and feeling she was 'flying'-consistency works.
