After a hectic year which included Ironman South Africa, Norseman and Kona, Penny Comins looked set to keep up with the endurance challenges when she set herself a challenge of the Manaslu Mountain Trail Race- as part of a qualification route for the infamous Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc.
