People have realized during the pandemic that everything they want can be ordered and delivered to them. AND they have realized they do not need to get dressed, put on make-up, and sit in traffic for two hours to make a living.
But I promised you I'd reveal the BIGGEST MISTAKES you will want to avoid while pivoting your biz.
1. You need to bring your A-game when it comes to sales (this includes your funnels, that is also your website ). The D- game will no longer suffice.
2. You need to be able to capture your leads from the beginning, knowing what they truly WANT, not need. Or there will be 5 competitors that will beat you to them.
3. Saying you suck at sales OR sales in the current climate is being greedy. This mindset is not going to help your business thrive.
What you are actually saying with this is "I can't be bothered to pivot my business to serve people with something truly valuable in this current climate. I can't be bothered by actually helping people".
Now, I know that isn't what you are really saying! But by not putting the time, effort, and resources into nailing your sales and getting good at them, this is what you are saying.
