Lemon—the oil of clarity and focus. Have you had times when you can’t concentrate or something feels so hard? Maybe setting up a funnel and coping with the tech side? Or was it trying to work out just what to do next and then the steps it will take? A few drops of lemon rubbed in your hands and soles of your feet with do the trick to bring you the clarity and concentration you desire.

Lavender—the oil for reducing anxieties around manifesting. Used for communication and freeing you from the ‘I shoulds’ to knowing what you want and being able to be emotionally honest with yourself. It stops those racing thoughts that keep you stuck and not taking action—like the Live video you said you would do or the email you said you’d send out. 

Peppermint—to give you energy to get through the day and keep being persistent and consistent. Rub a drop into the top of mouth for a super energy blast. Much more zing than a coffee or afternoon chocolate fix.

Frankincense—the oil of truth. This oil is used for all emotions really—it’s the bomb! Helps to keep you loved and protected, especially when trying new things like we do every day in our businesses. It will help release the darkness out to let in new light and ideas. I love this one in the diffuser. 

Wild Orange—my all-time fav and what I used the most in my $100k in 100 days challenge. The oil of Abundance. Place a few drops on the soles of feet before entering your workspace and see the magic unfold.
